The Puddle Picture
Almost every photographer who goes to Pemaquid tries to get some version of this reflection shot. I am told by the folks at the Pemaquid Craft Coop that this is referred to locally as the "Puddle Picture."
The unique thing about this attempt was that it was windy and the largest and best position puddles were rippled. This tiny puddle, tucked deep down in the rocks, was the only one that worked. It was very awkward to get into position and uncomfortable to stay there as I waited for there to be as few people in the shot as possible.
